Never had any issues here :) Store manager Alex is the sweetest man and always helps me find everything I need! Sirena is also absolutely amazing! Only problem I have with the store is it doesn’t seem ADA compliant. I’ve been told that something has been said to corporate about this and corporate refuses to listen so shame on them. But the employees are nice and merchandise is well priced.

I walked in earlier today by myself and was immediately followed to where I was walking by an employee acting like she was straightening up items on a shelf that were already organized. Annoyed, and knowing what was happening despite not acting like it, I left without purchasing anything. I will not be returning nor recommending this location to anyone. Making customers feel like thieves is unacceptable.
If I could leave a less rating I would. Was followed around like I was trying to steal something and when I said something about it. They called security saying that I made them uncomfortable. My arms were folded the entire time I was in that store I was not trying to take anything, in fact, I was trying to shop. you can. just type miniso into temu or alibaba and get everything for a cheaper
So cute!! There were such good deals on all the plushies and Serena was super helpful and kind!
Always 10/10 service. No complaints. Super nice employees Tia and Leah are the nicest people to talk to and super helpful!
