I’m neurodivergent—ADHD and autistic—so I don’t really operate in structure first. I see things, I feel things, I understand things… and then I build it from there. For a long time, that worked for me creatively, but in business it worked against me. I had ideas, insight, and direction—but no system that actually held it. Working with Sherry and Mindful Solutions wasn’t about “fixing me.” It was about patience, guidance, and helping me slow down enough to actually see how to make my vision financially sustainable in the real world. There were moments where I didn’t fully understand how to structure things, especially when it came to how the school and offers needed to function, and I changed direction more than once.
