******GO ANYWHERE ELSE***** SAVE YOUR HAIR!! I WENT IN AS A FIRST TIME CLIENT. Asked for touch up of my current balayage and came out looking like an 80's hair band singer vs a cheetah. My top hair was dyed BLACK, which bled into my highlighted hair turning it ORANGE! The bottom of my hair was also dyed BLACK!?! I was told she was going to darken it up a little to make it "blend" better. I mean, the salon was very dark, I had no idea what the color actually looked like until I got into my car. ALL MY HAIR STYLISTS KNOW YOU DON'T DARKEN A BALAYAGE!!! I got home and my husband was shocked. He said I should go back. I was trying to give the stylist the benefit of the doubt so 2 hrs later, I text the stylist asking for advise since it was quite a bit darker than I was expecting. She said to wait and the color would fade... I wore my hair in a bun for 2 weeks I was so embarrassed walking around looking like a German shepherd! I messaged her again which she offered to try and fix but couldn't get me in for another 3 weeks!!?? What? I then contacted the owner. ANGELA. No help. Basically, did not offer help, nor a refund and stated that she "just rents the booths out" and "contact the stylist". WOW. As an owner?? Your reputation is worth this? OKAY. I went elsewhere, $200 LATER and 4 hours of stripping dye out of my hair it looked descent. I contacted THE OWNER asking for a refund since I paid so much to correct her stylist mistake and she said "I'm on vacation for the next 2 weeks so ask the stylist for a refund" AM I IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE??? APPARENTLY ANGELA COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CLIENTS BEING PLEASED OR THE REPUTATION OF HER SHOP. PLEASE BEWARE. SAVE YOUR HAIR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! These people know nothing about business, nothing about owning mistakes and nothing about accountability.

I have been coming to Breanna for almost 7 years now! The staff is amazing and I am always satisfied when I leave there. I love them! I drive from Edgewater now to come get my hair done

Everyone there is always so welcoming and nice. I get my hair done by Tina and she is AMAZING. She is a great listener and educator. She has a great personality and cares deeply about her clients.I always leave loving my hair and feeling confident in myself.

Aimee was amazing! She is so talented, welcoming, and accommodating. She had great ideas to bring my " a little glam but natural" vision to life. My hair and makeup were perfect. My sister, the matron of honor, looked and felt beautiful. I highly recommend Mimosa's for your wedding hair and makeup!
