He is not only highly skilled but also exceptionally communicative, responsive, and meticulous when discussing the AC system. He consistently follows up and keeps you informed about the progress of the work. I received exceptional service from Milt's of Amelia. After hours, Sammy responded to my call immediately and maintained clear communication from the moment he was en route until the job was completed. I am very satisfied with his prompt assistance and effective repair. Thank you for the professional and timely service.
From the minute they should up they started working. They were professional and very educational with this new AC. Jackson, Kobe, and Ben thank you for making me feel comfortable with installation. Great company with all round caring technicians. I will recommend them many times over.
Will & Travis came today to install our new upstairs AC. They were both very knowledgeable and more importantly very respectful of my lack of knowledge on ACs. Their workmanship was spot on. They were also very neat. I would use these two again in a heartbeat. They are great ambassadors for Milt’s.
While my repair is not yet complete at this point due to awaiting a part which unfortunately, for my model of HVAC is not in stock, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received today. Phone contacts came as promised. Chad 'explained the situation with my HVAC in terms I could understand, Then answered my questions Given that this is Memorial Day weekend the date of actual repair completion is the best it could possibly be. This company has always followed through and deserves their fine reputation.
Travis & Ben were great! They called 15 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on their way. Introduced themselves when they got here and took us through the process to install our new HVAC unit. They did a great job with the installation and made sure they cleaned up. We've always had great experiences with Milts and would highly recommend them.
