Millennium Physician Group - Jacksonville Primary-Care

Meh. Everything is hard with this group. If you want to discuss an issue with a family members care, you will talk to a medical tech and not be allowed to speak to the primary care member whom they saw. This tech will then fabricate what was done at the visit as far as blood pressure readings and history of the patient. If you want records sent , they require another form to be sent to them. If you try to set up a patient portal , you will be unable to as the site doesn’t work. If the doctor orders labs , the lab is only there twice a week and they will not fit you in for a five minute appointment. Just Meh.

As an HMO patient medicines, treatments and diabetic testing kits require approval from the Primary Care Doctor. I called my insurance company, they offer a Center Well Pharmacy, for a test kit for diabetes. (I am pre-diabetic.) That pharmacy told me they called this Millennium office 10 times with no reply. I double checked and called Humana and the pharmacy again. This office never called the pharmacy, and never called me to tell me they would not authorize a diabetic test kit. Finally, the request was sent to another doctor who immediately approved the order. Please be careful. I am still shocked at this behavior.

I had my New Patient Appointment here. Dr. Margaret McGovern and her team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The ladies that helped me, Concetta and Ashton were so kind and professional. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I woke up this morning with a great relief by means of discomfort. I had surgery yesterday and I'm healing today. This months longs wait couldn't have happen without the diligence, professionalism and most important "carrying" of the entire staff at Millennium Physicians Group. The lack of my particular surgery being done killed people. The procedure was only possible starting 106 years ago says my doctor. My procedure was a success, and vi don't know how long my wait would of been to get the surgery again would have been. Thank you Millennium Physicians for helping at the loreal last minute to getting my procedure done. You saved my life. I can't repay you. But. I can't let others know just how wonderful you all are. I don't know how many of you bustled around in the back, I could 5 at the least, so, thanks to you al.
