Good staff but HORRENDOUS waits. My appointments are a consistent 45-60 minute wait from time of appointment to time for the provider to actually enter my room. Finally left the practice after 5 years and found an office with a 15 minute wait.

Never really had this problem before…..Visit the doctor today was checking in at 11:15-20 my appointment was at 11:30 sat in the back until 12:07 than I left it’s no reason why as I’m waiting & hearing personal conversations by staff while I sit, waiting to be seen And then after expressing that I had another appointment it just had seem so unfair. I know it’s other people that was being seen before me but ,after being ensued by staff that I’ll be out of the appointment by 12 is so unacceptable
I absolutely love everyone in this office! Mrs. Stephanie & Mrs. Jessica are seriously the best! The nurses & doctors are awesome! Dr. Shannon is seriously the best primary doc I've ever had!
Stephanie is amazing as she is kind and understanding. She’ll go the extra mile.
I called to get a quick appointment today since I’ve had a fever and congestion. Monica answered the phone I told her I would like to be seen she said they had no bookings for today but I could be seen tomorrow by Dr. Whitley who is my primary. I told her it was okay since I want to be seen today I will just find a walk in clinic. She rudely said “yeah okay” and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional
