  I would like to say that I have great respect for my doctor and find that the office staff is okay. My problem is with Milennium billing. I am a medicare patient and have Humana Insurance Cash Back ADVANTAGE. I have no co pay to see my Primary Care Physician. I received a bill for 144.00 from them stating that I owed for the visit. First they said because my doctor charged for a lab that I had never heard of. That was straightened out. The insurance company didn't want to pay because they said my doctor wasn't in network. Someone at Millennium didn't list my dictors new address when the office moved this has been going on since Feb of 2025. That should had been adjusted, then the office sent the same bill again stating that my doctor coded the visit himself and it was for a conference/ council ing session with me. This was a regular office visit that I should not had paid for. I had to bring them my insurance book to show them my policy for 2026, which is the same policy by the way. I am confused and angry at both Hunana and Millennium for the frustration they have put me through, Millennium isn't reviewing patients policies and what it covers and the patients are paying for their mistakes. Last year I did pay them $ 63.00 for this same bill and they never showed where I paid it. Thankfully I paid it through my bank. Millennium or Humana has to be more honest with the Senior population they service.
