Dr. Shaya is awesome. He's sincere and at the same time holds you accountable for you. He's there to help you and not to push drugs. Very refreshing. He's helped my wife and I immensely. I truly appreciate him and all his staff for all they do.

Update with original review below: I had to update this review because of my recent experience here. I saw Dr Dana this time and have to say that she is amazing. Not only is she well experienced but she took time to get to know me and my medical past. I actually felt like I was taken seriously instead of just dismissed which is really important. She really does seem to care about her patients. I have been dealt with a lot of frustration from this place. Unfortunately this was the PCP I was assigned through my work sponsored health insurance. My first interaction was unsettling as I had just gone through a traumatic medical event and was laughed at when explaining what happened. After that I was met with administrative nightmare as my FMLA paperwork was filled out wrong 3 times which cost me the ability to use PTO for my job. Once that FINALLY got settled I called requesting an extension on my FMLA paperwork to which I received NO RESPONSE AND INSTEAD GOT A CALL FROM A PSYCHIATRIC OFFICE! Extremely unprofessional all around. I don’t even know what to think of this place anymore.
I had to find a new family doctor after 8 years Sadly it's not as easy as l was hoping. My family doctor changed offices it took me 4 different Doctors to finally go to Millennium. My crazy insurance company told me about Walmart's Conviva. Wow what a mistake what a nightmare! You will see from our first call to my first appointment I knew this was not for me. Sadly I talked my family into going there also. After a couple months of broken appointments, a Dr telling me my broke toe was caused by having dry skin. YIKE WHAT NO WAY!!!! That added to my family not being happy with our care. We all left. My son and l switched to Millennium on San Jose Blvd. Let me tell you what a great decision!!! Front office was so welcoming, nice to hear hello when we went in. The Doctors truly care about you and your well being, something that I haven't seen since Dr. Scott Marberry's left his office at Coastal Physicians on Old St Augustine Rd. Trust me from the staff referral process and call backs. I couldn't be happier.
Millennium Means Misery I was healthy and making an appointment with Tamika was a horrendous. She mumbled, did her best to dismiss me, and wouldn't listen. I had to repeat my issue three times before she understood and then did as little as possible to help. After overcoming Tamika's inertia, I finally managed to get an appointment. When we turned up at their office, they said they don't accept our insurance - despite their practice being listed on my insurer's website. The office as a sincere devotion to doing as little as possible for their patients.
I have been a patient for three years after relocating to Jacksonville. I could not be happier with the care I have received at this location, specially from Dana Clayton. She really takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. She is very thorough in her examinations and orders all necessary tests to get to the bottom of your issue. I have been struggling with pain for years and Dana has been the first provider to truly listen to all my concerns. You also get same-day appointments which is truly rare for primary care practices in a big city. My daughter is also a patient here and sees Dr. Shay’a. He is also wonderful and caring.
