Good service, have been going there for many years. Dr. Evans is great. Dana Harrington disengaged there last summer as her husband got promoted and transferred to D.C. She was very good. Regina Schroeder, the new PA, found a large mass in August in my wife. It was removed in Mayo Clinic, benign thankfully, and wife is now recovering. Highly recommend.

All the good doctors from Fountain Family Medicine left. Its impossible to get an appointment. And the dude that I was on the phone with to make an appt didnt seem to know what he was doing or that he even cared how slow and inconvenient he was. I hung up trying to make appts for my teenagers. They have been seen here in the past and he asked me how old they were then placed me on hold, with no explanation. This office sucks.

I initially scheduled a doctors appointment because of an injury. When I received a referral from the Doctor it was for the wrong location on my back. This is fine because I don’t expect doctors to know exactly where the pain comes from. The doctor who handled my case was very professional and a great doctor. When the physical therapist doctor that was treating me sent back asking for a change in the referral to have the correct location of my injury, this is where the issue started. I called Millennial and spoke to “DJ”. She was not helpful at all. The Physical Therapist’s sent over the referral via fax and DJ said they didn’t receive it. So the physical therapist sent it again, no big deal; however, DJ became very agitated at dealing with this request. I had the physical therapist (PT) Doctor talk to her and she was really rude with the PT Doctor. This conversation went on like this for several minutes. The PT Dr. was very professional and cordial. I called twice a day for two to three days and DJ received my call she seamed to act as if it were the first time talking to me and every time she would tell me the doctor is reviewing it. The final day another person answered and they got it signed that day. I missed out of PT for a week and this caused me to back slide from my recovery. I would say everybody there with the exception for DJ was professional and very kind.If you decide to go see this doctor if you get DJ ask for someone else.

My family loves this local primary practice. It is within close proximity to our house and the nurse and doctor who treat us are very thorough and knowledgable. We never have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room nor the exam room. They have EKG quiptment, x-ray room, and even give inoculations there so you don't have to go to the pharmacy and wait in line. Dr. Thomas does a great job communicating with us as well as our cardiologists and neurologist. He leaves no stone unturned, so to speak. We appreciate his excellent sense of humor and his genuine bedside manner. His ability to explain procuderes and physiology in laymans terms to those of us who are aging faster than we want is a much welcome change from other physicians who have treated us. He even walks us to the checkout when we leave. The staff are always kind and quick to help, in person and on the phone. Definately recommend if you need a good primary doctor.
