I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Allison Fernandez today. From the moment we started talking, she took her time to truly listen to me and address every one of my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She explained different options and guided me through possible alternatives to help me feel better and improve my overall health. It’s such a great feeling to finally say I found my primary care provider! Someone who genuinely listens, cares, and makes you feel comfortable and heard. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received today and would highly recommend Allison Fernandez to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive healthcare provider.

Great experiences with Alison Hernandez. She is very straight forward and speaks honestly, while also always listening very well to what I have to say. She is personable, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Really appreciate her services. And have never had a long wait time to be seen.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience scheduling at this office. I had an appointment scheduled and inquired via patient portal messaging about other dates that were available for the month so that I knew how to rearrange my schedule as someone who is not in town very much. Without my knowledge or consent, my appointment was rescheduled and my original appointment was given away by Tabatha Taylor. I only found out after the change had already been made and was never asked to confirm once. I had already rearranged other commitments to be able to attend my original appointment, and again, I'm only home occasionally. When I called to express my concerns, the front desk staff member, Tabatha Taylor, was dismissive and rude. Rather than acknowledging that my appointment had been changed without my confirmation or even apologizing once, I was told that I should have called the office instead of using the patient portal, that the portal is not intended for scheduling requests despite offering a "Schedule Appointment" function, and that my message was misleading. I understand that scheduling mistakes can happen, but changing a patient's appointment without first obtaining their approval is unacceptable. It was frustrating to have my time disregarded and then be treated disrespectfully when I tried to address the issue. As someone who is deeply invested in the healthcare field, I believe trust and communication are fundamental to quality patient care. I hope the office reviews its scheduling practices to ensure that appointments are never canceled or rescheduled without a patient's explicit consent.

Had enough of this place. such a run around and no real care for the patient and what they go through. Doctor no longer with them and my blood work was barely over a year. and won’t atleast fill 1 script and have me set a new appointment? noooo appointment first. such a crock here. terrible health care.
