The phlebotomist has always been very good. They aren't very punctual though. I had an appointment at 7:30 this morning, which I do so I won't be late for work. I waited until 7:45 and then left because I had to go to work.
YES! Jaelyn was absolutely phenomenal!!! Super pleasant and professional despite being in the office alone. She was answering calls, checking clients in and doing blood draws at the same time... WITH A BIG SMILE ON HER FACE! Jaelyn is a keeper!
The personnel, the the nurses and the doctors are great You can even get your blood work drawn there
MPG walkin urgent care facility is amazing. The care and staff was professional and kind. The wait time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend MPG for care in Fernandina Beach!
