Wow! What a phenomenal experience. I brought my 14 year old daughter here for the first time today (we recently moved) and the entire staff, from the front desk, to our hygenist Amanda, to Dr. Hernandez were absolutely outstanding! Such a breath of fresh air. I am excited to bring the whole family here for our dental care. Thank you all for being so amazing!! And huge kudos to the gentleman working at the front desk - it was extremely busy, and he was nothing but patient and kind, and had the best, most upbeat and positive attitude, even when some patients were not being as kind (not his fault at all, by the way!) The team on the check out side were equally amazing. A+++ I can't wait to schedule my own dental visit. Who says that?!
I’ve had a great experience at Mill Creek Dental. I’m a newer patient, every time I receive great communication, amazing service, the entire staff is friendly and make it a wonderful experience from the moment I want in and at check out. I misplaced a copy of my receipt and they were quick to respond and send me a copy. This office works as a team and deliver a fantastic experience for their patients.
I cannot say enough great things about this dental office! After falling behind on my dental care for a few years, I was nervous to come back but the team here made all the difference. From the very first visit, they were patient, kind, and understanding, never making me feel judged for the time I'd been away. I have to give a special shoutout to Betty, she is absolutely fabulous! She always took the time to make sure I was fully informed and genuinely prioritized my comfort throughout every appointment. Thanks to this incredible team, my oral health is back on track and I actually look forward to coming in now. If you've been putting off the dentist out of anxiety or embarrassment, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Super nice staff, very friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist. First time in a long time I enjoyed going to the dentist. I highly recommend Mill Creek Dental.
Always a great experience at Mill Creek Dental my dental hygienist is such a sweet person, intelligent, personable, and gentle and it is just such a nice feeling knowing that I am in good hands!
