Very poor experience today,Just moved here told him I was at DMV needed to change my insurance from SC the agent said he could not locate my info took my number and said he would look It up and call me back,I could tell From his tone I knew a call back was unlikely So I called a different agent in St Augustine & they took care of me with ten minutes I was on my way! And he still has t tried to call me....
Love my insurance, really like working with Megan; honest and genuine person. Goes out of her way to do what's best to help her customers! Also very patient and listening! Perfect respectful and caring and understanding🙂. Wish there was more character personalities like her in the earth! 🌍🌎🌏
The worst experience ever! I’ve never had so much trouble getting a claim processed. It took three weeks to get my claim approved for hailstorm damage. I will not be renewing my policy. This feedback is not towards Mike and his team, they are a great team with excellent customer service. This feedback is towards the Allstate insurance company.
Great Staff! I always go into the Green Cove Springs office and Holly & Elysia are always a pleasure to work with ! They always go above & beyond to help ! I have been a customer over 15 years & I don't plan to ever leave! Highly recommended!
This agency is hands down the best insurance agency around. All of the employees make you feel like family. They also have best agent Holly Marcum Doherty. She is so caring, knowledgeable and helpful. She will help you get a policy for the best bang for your buck. Be sure to call her today you won’t regret it!! :)
