I had used Mickler services for few years, the sod looked good at the beginning of the spring and at the end of the spring was looking great like never before; however, in June they fertilized and made a pest control treatment, after that the sod just started to go downhill and dying, at this point it seems that I will need to re-sod the whole yard. On the top of that they had let me know that the service is increasing by 15%. I had cancelled my service.
New service - I try to reach via phone, only VM I try to send email for a new service- keep getting email back….. also try to fill out form - unable to submit All above for a new service so not sure if they are in business … no live person when I call… 5/8/26 - tech came yesterday and waiting for an estimate. I called today to Mickler’s and mail box is full…..
CJ is the nicest man on the planet. My mama won't stop talking about him. He definitely went above and beyond today. We appreciate that man!
Tyler has been servicing our yard and we are very happy with the results. He did a fantastic job today explaining what needed to be done, making sure I understood every step of the process. I truly appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. Additionally, I wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Grace in the office. I called with a question prior to todays service. She immediately got to working on this and called me back promptly with an answer. We've been using Mickler's for several years now and always recommend them when asked.
Mickler’s has serviced our home for over seven years, they are responsible for keeping our lawn happy and healthy! I’ve called on 4 occasions due to the normal outcrops of bugs/sedgeweed each time a Tech arrived within 48 hours. Techs are professional, explain what they will do and what can be expected including timeframes. We are very happy with Mickler’s and are happy to see them throughout our Greenridge neighborhood!
