Michele is hands-down the best real estate agent I’ve had the pleasure of working with. My girlfriend and I were considering moving to Nocatee from Atlanta, and attended an open house she was hosting. We instantly knew we wanted to work with her. When we decided to have a house built for us, we asked her to represent us throughout the process. Michele went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. She is incredibly proactive; we rarely found ourselves asking her for anything because she was always ahead of the game and constantly doing things for us before we realized we wanted or needed anything. She sent us pictures of the property and house throughout the build (most of the time as a surprise) and she was always going to bat for us when we had any issues. Simply put, she was a godsend, especially when we had conflicts with the builder towards the end. As buyers from out of state, we could not have been luckier to have met Michele and had her on our side. Not being local can truly be a nightmare when you are having a house built for you. If you are considering a builder in Nocatee or Ponte Vedra, I cannot recommend more strongly to not sign any documents with the builder’s representatives (which automatically means you’ll have to close through them), forgo any financial incentives the builder offers to close through them, and go find Michele and hire her to represent your interests. For me and my girlfriend, the single best decision we made in this whole process was to ask Michele to be our eyes and ears on the ground. I know that if the day comes and we decide to sell our house, we are not going to consider any other agent except Michele. She is incredibly skilled with undeniable professionalism, and has the most enjoyable personality to work with.

Everything she said she was going to do, she completed quickly and efficiently. Her communications were both clear and frequent so we always felt upto speed on all opportunities.
