I recently relocated to the Jacksonville FL area and was luckily referred to Michele Rossie, who truly is the BEST REALTOR I have ever worked with! Being new to the area and the Florida housing market, Michele’s skills and abilities, her technical understanding, keen business sense, and professional approach assisted me several times in the processes to make the best decisions and negotiate on the correct points – which truly could have had several deal breakers during the process. Michele is smart, detailed, organized, and works very hard. She always put my needs and my timeline before her own. Michele went the extra mile and coordinated before, during, and even after the closing to put in place the correct inspectors, contractors, schedules, and timelines to ensure my family had the home we wanted. Michele Rosie knows the real estate business, she knows what she is doing, and she is amazing to work with!

Michele is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She was in the new home construction sales for years. She is so impressive and caters to every wish. We drove around to around 20 homes with her husband, who is an agent too, Newman Rossie all day. She found me the perfect home and never pushed me once on a property. I loved her style and she could feel mine. She would straight up say no this is the one for you. Michele went out of her way and even bought me an upgraded home warranty in the end! Even after the close, continues to ask me if their is any appointment for contractor visits she can help with since I travel for my career. Wow, I woukd definitely use and refer her again and time again.

I cannot recommend Michele enough. She goes so far above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. I'm in the Coast Guard and live multiple states away, making taking care of an empty house difficult. Michele took over after a disastrous realtor and turned the ship around. She brought in her own cleaners, landscapers, stager, home manager, and drove by to check on the house daily. When repairs needed to be made because of the previous realtor, she found repair companies and quality checked all the repairs. We were able to close remotely with ease without having to fly back to Jacksonville. Not only that, she is an absolute joy to work with. She is practically family now. There's simply no one better in Duval/St. John's Counties.

We have had the opportunity to work with Michele Rossie on several occasions during the past 8 years and frankly I don’t know how we could have done it all without her! She is extremely knowledgeable and most dedicated to her clients - the real pro!
