Dr. Waters diagnosed me with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1994 and this was confirmed by an infectious disease specialist 2 weeks afterward. I will never forget the kindness this man showed me at a time when I was so sick I had to rest in his back room before I could drive home. He is smart, will do research, and is compassionate. He moved to the beach and I couldn’t drive that far physically but I will always count him as my hero.

I have been Dr Waters patient for the past 6 years and also my husband. He is the most caring and kindest soul. He has been there for me while I was going through dialysis and after my transplant. He just sat there and listened to me while I cried my eyes out. It was such a difficult time in my life and he never failed to help me in any way he could for whatever my medical needs were. Dr Waters is the best!
I’ve been seeing Dr Waters for decades. He is a kind, compassionate, caring and thorough doctor. I cannot recommend him and his wonderful staff enough. Everyone in the office from the front desk to medical assistant to the back office and the ladies that answer the phones are phenomenal people and have always treated me and my whole family very well!
