I have been seeing Kimberly Bravo for a good while now and think she’s fantastic. This morning I called the office at 8:01 to confirm my appointment that was for 8:30 and has been scheduled for a couple of months. The woman that answered the phone was short & snipped, she informed me that they didn’t realize that I had an appointment because it has been scheduled for so long and then she said that they have been trying to get ahold of me. I know that no one has text or called me from that office so that was not true. This is the second time in a matter of weeks that my appointment has been canceled without as much as a phone call so I would really appreciate it if the person that answers the phone not have an attitude with me because they did not do their job. Let me repeat that Kimberly Bravo is fantastic and I have never had a problem with my medical care, my problem is with the staff that doesn’t consider the patient. My morning was planned around this visit & my time was wasted twice.

Today was my 1st visit with Dr. M. Sharpe. As a new patient he listened to me, asked appropriate questions, and he's bed side manner was wonderful & he understood and was empathetic. I enjoyed his time & words of wisdom. He gave get recommendation. The STAFF WAS VERY Professional & HELPFUL. Thanks, again.... Marilu
