Working with Mike was one of the best decisions we made during our home search. His professionalism really blew us away. We were pretty all over the place at first. We changed our minds multiple times about what features were "must haves" as well as the different areas that we wanted to live in, then backtracked on neighborhoods, adjusted our budget, you name it. Through every single pivot, he stayed completely patient and never once made us feel like we were wasting his time or being indecisive. He just rolled with it, offered thoughtful input when we asked, and kept showing us options that actually fit what we were thinking. His knowledge of the market is impressive. He explained things in a way that made sense and pointed out pros/cons we hadn't even considered, and always had the latest on what was happening in different areas. But the best part was that he applied zero pressure. Not once did he push us toward something we weren't 100% comfortable with or rush us into a decision. He made the whole process feel relaxed and actually enjoyable, which is a rarity when buying a house. He was super available too—quick responses to texts, jumping on calls when we had random questions, and just being there without ever making it feel like a burden, despite the fact that he has a family and a hectic schedule.
