Service, Atmosphere, Food were all delightful! We notified staff we were celebrating a figure skating win and they were so sweet and sprinkled to table with confetti. I am pregnant and asked for my steak to be cooked medium well.
Liz made our experience at Mazza Luna absolutely phenomenal! We were a large party, and she handled everything seamlessly without missing a beat. Her customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. Her drink recommendations were spot on, and she even surprised me with a birthday cupcake at the end, which made the night feel extra special. Thank you, Liz, for going above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable!
Beautiful place and excellent service. Valet parking out the front with validation. Party of 14 was served and attended to perfectly. Everything ordered was delicious but the favorites were the Brussels sprouts, fries, lasagna, and scallops.
Service was slow, but our waitress was great. Wine was poured all over our food, which was a mistake that we understood, and the manager came over and flipped out when we said we wanted a box and did not want one of the original dishes the wine was covered in. She said “I understand you’re having a bad day” before throwing the check at us twice. Such a shame because our original waitress was wonderful and polite. If our food hadn’t taken 1.5 hours, and the manager wasn’t rude and hateful, it would not have been an issue. Would’ve been a great experience if there wasn’t a horrible manager at the helm. See attached to see food covered in wine.
Mezza Luna does not disappoint! This has been one of my favorite places for decades and the ever changing menu continues to prove quality & presentation. Pricing is fair, food is fresh and the service is always top notch. They go above and beyond to make special days feel special, the staff all works together, are kind and provide a wonderful service experience. Highly recommend making a stop, grabbing a drink and giving this menu a try.
