Just picked up a 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet from Merit Auto Group and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Ahmed was outstanding: professional, responsive, and completely straightforward through every step of the deal. We landed on terms that worked for both sides, with no games and no pressure. The car is exactly as described, white over blue, and it drives beautifully. We also added 36 months of extended coverage, which made the whole package feel complete. Great service, fair offer, great car, and genuinely wonderful people. 5 stars, highly recommended.
Very pleased with the purchase at Merit auto group. The staff is great and goes above and beyond. Hassle free. Also my vehicles steering had an issue after a few days of driving and they took care of it free of charge. The vehicle is in great shape and issue free. Highly recommend Artem, he was great and explained everything throughly. Great sales rep for the company. Highly recommend. Will be returning to buy in the near future. They also have performance cars if you into that.

I recently purchased a 2021 F-250 from Merit Auto Group in Jacksonville, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, honest, and professional. First of all, they gave me the best deal in the country — literally. I searched everywhere on CarGurus, Autotrader, CarMax, everything and there was not another truck like this available for the price I got. That alone says a lot about how they do business. My salesperson Guilia was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. No pressure, no games — just great service and a great vehicle. Another thing I really respect about Merit Auto Group is that they’re closed on Sundays so their staff can go to church and spend time with family. That says a lot about the values of the company. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and a dealership that treats people right, I highly recommend Merit Auto Group. I’m thrilled with my F-250 and will absolutely buy from them again for my wife’s vehicle.
Had a wonderful experience with Nash from start to finish even got an amazing pen out if it lol. The finance manager made sure we didn't have to spend more time than needed on paperwork. Very happy with the car and the service.
