Meridian Waste - Nassau County Hauling

Meridian is far superior to the competitor. A live human answers the phone and handles your needs. They work with you and even remove large items without any special hoops to jump through. Service has always been reliable. Try to get a live human on the WM #. Good luck. When I tried to cancel service they even made that hard. I had to call corporate HQ!

We have used Meridian Waste/Partner For over 10 years. I can’t say enough about the service we have received here in Yulee Florida Florida. Harry and Brandon is the team that picks up our trash are top Notch. They are always on time and don’t leave anything behind. They are Friendly and Personable. We have called multiple times to have large items (beds, dressers and other things. things removed, they waste no time reassuring me that it will be picked up. My neighbors use waste management company for their trash and I see their trash set beside the bins after trash pick up because it was not in the bins. We have new neighbors and we highly recommend Meridian Waste now there is only one Waste management customer in our cul-de-sac.

We are a disabled couple. Once in a blue moon we can't get the trash out by 6 am. When that happens you don't empty my trash. (You have never emptied my trash by 9am) You have never drove by my house at 6, 7 or 8 to empty the trash. I can only conclude when you drive by heading north on chester, the driver writes down whether or not the can is at the curb ready to be emptied. When you empty our trash you are headed south on chester. I would assume you pickup trash in the direction you're heading for 2 reasons 1, is safety concerns and the other would be a trash truck is not allowed to impede on coming traffic.

Meridian has gone above and beyond consistently to provide amazing service. Customer service has always been incredibly responsive and the drivers are so kind and helpful. They have been more than accommodating on several occasions and we are always grateful.
