She is super nice. I wish she could see how I struggle to stand and more. Didn’t listen to my heart or lungs and for me to be this age I do have many concerns about my health. I didn’t get to tell her about waking up during the night with my arms absolutely in agony and having to use heating pads for as long as I have to. Numbness in my hands and tremors especially bad. I would like to spend more than 2 minutes with someone about things after it takes me so long to get ready, with no help. Transportation issues and being gone from home so many hours. I am pleased with what tests and further things I have to do for her and the doctor.

Good afternoon I’m glad that you asked me for this information my experience with Doctor Meredith Jones was not a good experience. She was very withdrawn. She did not show any kind of concern or care for the things that I was trying to explain to her about my health about how I was feeling and in the tone and in the method that she handled my visit, I was very disappointed. I reached out after my appointment to talk to the manager that was on duty, and I never got a call back. I’m very disappointed and I do not ever want to see her as a doctor in my care. My doctor is Dr. Andrew Brown in whom I am very pleased with unfortunately, Dr. Brown didn’t have any available appointments after my ER visit so I was prompt to see Doctor Meredith Jones. In whom I was very unpleased and very unhappy very dissatisfied with her care She gave at my visit

I appreciate the kind, professional and respectful manner in which I was treated by all of the staff. Meredith answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you once again for such a fabulous experience at this medical appointment.

Ms. Jones, APRN was very professional in meeting me with a follow up on cardio appointment. She also set up other appointments for two m I re tests to be done on.the same day and with both of my doctors. I really appreciate her taking the time to get everything I needed done all in one day and explaining what I was having done and why. I am very thankful for what she did and how she organized my tests to best fit my schedule.
