I'm very happy with my insurance agent, Kate Salisbury. Ever since I met her at a Senior Expo two years ago, she has surpassed any medical insurance agent that I've ever had since I've had Medicare in 2015. This is 2025. When I first met Kate, she recommended Gold Kidney Health Insurance which was new to FL then. Overall, I've been very happy with the plan and had it for two years. Kate has been keeping in touch with newsletters, updates and reaching out through emails, texts or phone calls. She is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the Medicare Advantage Plans. She has been very instrumental in assisting me in way that I've needed assistance. I'd also like to recognize her assistant Ellen. She too, has been very helpful in assisting me and responding to me when I have a question. I definitely recommend Mere and especially Kate and her staff to anyone who needs medical coverage.
