danielle and brandi have been working with me for a few months.. the love and support they have showed me as a young adult who is expecting a baby is astronomical , i came to them seeking help because i needed a place for me and my child who will be born in may.. they sat down with me to see what they could do , in the mean time i applied for a based on income apartment and got approved.. i told these ladies and they helped me get into it and even after i got into my apartment they continued to look out for me.. they brought me stuff for my baby as well as finding me furniture and bringing me house essentials.. i feared my son would have to grow up in some of the predicaments i had to face as a child within a few months these ladies with the help of mercy support have changed my life tremendously and have taken a huge load off of my back.. and will continue to guide me i’m so thankful god led me to these ladies they’re definitely god sent. at the age of 19 and a month before my son is born i now have a place to call home and my son has a place to call home , i will never be able to thank these ladies enough nor will i ever be able to forget them for the empathy they have showed me !
I would gladly recommend to others the Services that Mercy Support is able to offer. With my experience, the Case worker Mrs. Brandi Tuck was kind and respectful. She returned my callback in a timely manner. She listened and understood my needs. And she done her best to Satisfy me with Assistance. I am very Thankful for her Help and Mercy Support services. 😊
Very nice people. My lights was going to be turned off the next day when I spoke to Brandi. I emailed her my information later that afternoon. Because I want at home when I spoke to her. So, she didn't receive my information until after 5. All they asked for was a copy of my light bill a copy of my driver's license and the last 4 of my Social. Easy Peasy! I will definitely use them again if I need to. Definitely recommend them.
I am so grateful for this organization. Mercy Support and its staff are wonderful. I was a little apprehensive of seeking them out because most organizations lack professionalism and compassion. However, I was blessed to have Danielle Bridges work with me. She was absolutely wonderful. She eeducatd me on the program and walked me through the entire process. She listened to me and understood my needs and used a significant amount of empathy. She never judged me. I am so grateful for Danielle and the entire Mercy Support organization. Mercy Support is definitely a blessing.
I called asking for assistance and spoke with Debbie not the greatest experience i was without a job in 2023 but I was also a surrogate for a family so the money was there. I just had the baby and started a job 9 days after having the baby. I gave the information I could give and that wasn't enough the first conversation was very degrading and she spoke to me as if I were incompetent. I wrote an email explaining how I felt and me shutting down after all of her unprofessional remarks. She calls asks questions I don't make enough money and I just need the help for 2 months until my second surrogate journey starts. She tell me that they can't help and they will only be avoiding the inevitable smh.
