I have been going to Mercy Auto for five years. And in those five years, they have absolutely taken care of me better than anybody else could have! Every time I have an oil change a power steering AC fix a gasket or a fuel leak, they have repaired it exquisitely! The service was fast and honest and reliable

My name is Jessica Livingston. I got a twenty sixteen chevy trevor's. Mike and al and Julie and the mechanic have been great. I bought the 2016 from the car dealership.Simply drive, that is a part of the mercy auto. And it coming from an auction , I had some small concerns. However , they were willing to pick the car up and, and drove it back to me.with no problems. Everyone is very polite and professional and work with their customers. I had a twenty twenty four mitsubishi outlander , however , being a foster parent , I needed a bigger vehicle. And I was also upside down when it came to my twenty twenty four , and Mike was willing to work with me and got me in to a bigger vehicle and was willing and is willing to fix any concerns that I may have had with it. I just want to take the time to thank the team over at mercy auto! I recently purchased a 2009 Chrysler 300. It definitely needed the work done to it and they exceeded our expectations on customer service. After the FREE diagnostic we went ahead and did everything they recommended. Had some trouble with the ac afterwards and they made sure I was taken care of. Now my old car runs smooth and cool.
