  The inconsistency in the staff with billing was an ongoing issue for me. They never ran my new insurance and felt a need to collect money from Me and not update payments or note the account properly because they were to busy was the excuse they gave. Lying to my face and said oh your insurance just doesn’t cover the item I just so happen to go in for A basic cleaning cost me $176.00? I have a Medicare extra coverage plan so they have to get authorization for everything. But on my visit 09/30/26 and on 10/01/26 they collected 3 payments in total. lied to me about why I was being charged for anything ? The staff again not professional and chose to lie again different day same crap. So your staff is trained to act this way, I remember this is what caused me not to come regularly. I had a wedding to attend and felt pressured to pay. I was greatly confused then . And I’ve had a little time since to research. My insurance clearly covered my last bill and my cleaning. This is alarming more than unprofessional and said oh Medicare didn’t pay for your last bill ?The dentist is a good but not that good ,who wants to deal with that crap every visit?My last appointment was two years ago due to her staff not being capable of simply making appointments they would hang up or move my appointment times without contacting me. So I avoided my care, It’s time for a new dentist for me question everything and verify with your insurance is what I learned about this experience.
