I had high hopes for the Ghana Dreaming Maxi (size 1XL), but there is SO MUCH fabric that the draping makes it look and feel like you’re wearing a tablecloth. The light parachute-like fabric doesn’t help this situation at all. Unfortunately I missed the 7-day limit of when I could return (they ONLY do store credit) so I’ll be donating the dress. This was my first (and last) time purchasing from here. They get a *star* for great response time. I used the text number from the website and received a response literally within a few minutes.

Ive had a great experience shopping at the store in jville and online. The customer service is phenomenal. I receive my package in a timely manner. Their clothing does not have that cheap feeling or look like most boutiques .Its well worth the price. I love Meows Barks .Keep up the excellent customer care

Unfortunately, I have to rate this business with only 2 stars. First, let me say, that I have ordered in the past. The clothes are beautiful. My dissatisfaction is not the clothes. I recently reached out regarding an order that was never received. Taking into consideration the pandemic, problems with the mail and how it has all impacted small businesses, I was simply reaching out to see if I can receive assistance with finding the order. Was it lost in the mail? Was it delivered to the wrong address? I sent multiple emails to the provided address, contacted the owner on Instagram, as well as texted the provided number. Zero response. At this point, I am calling it a lost. I never received my order. I just think the owner could have at the very least responded to my attempts to contact:(
