Finding Memory Lane has been a wonderful experience. Customer service is excellent! Being personable and caring is so meaningful. We were able to see memories and share with family that we did not know was possible. We’re so thankful we gave it a try to see if anything was retrievable on the VHS tapes. We are overjoyed! Hopefully, we’ll find more to bring in to convert. Thank you and God Bless you, Memory Lane!
Outstanding customer service. If you have been waiting to digitize those old videos, audios, or photos, don't wait. I brought in 3 items my elderly cousin gave me, and one had deteriorated beyond hope. One was unused but 40+ years old. What if I had tried to save a few bucks using one of those big digitizing service companies. They take 3-4 months, and would they have told me in such detail why two of the items produced nothing? I got detailed information on what happened with each. Plus they did some extra research on one of the video tapes to find out what was going on and discovered it was a little-used metal coated tape format that was known for rapid deterioration. They digitized the one video very quickly, and I felt the service was incredibly professional. Those videos and audio tapes (usually!) contain precious memories. Don't wait. And don't send them out of town.
I highly recommend Memory Lane Jacksonville for all of your digital reproductions! I sent them a very old reel to reel tape to digitize. The quality of the sound is phenomenal, and their customer service was outstanding. What a great group of people! Brenda
I have to say, from the moment i step foot in Memory Lane i knew i made the right choice. I felt so welcome and because it was my first time registration was a breeze. After the incredible service and fair price i went home and felt something i haven’t felt in years. I am eternally grateful for the memories that Memory Lane team has given me back and specially for Pam and Regent for their incredible and professional service. I will definitely return and recommend Memory Lane to everyone.
Memory Lane is wonderful!! After a national firm couldn't convert 5 VHS tapes to digital I tried Memory Lane and they did a fantastic job! The tapes were almost 40 years old! I'm working on a project for my daughter's 40th birthday and it would have been really incomplete without these special memories.
