Supposed to have a physical tomorrow, with a doctor's office I've been a part of for 30 years. I stayed, even when one doctor sold the business to another. Friday, I got a call saying they stopped taking my insurance plan... back in June, so they're canceling my appointment. Back in June!! I asked why I'm being notified three days before my appointment in November, instead of 5 months ago. They didn't have an answer. The primary care office, I've gone to and trusted for years, suddenly didn't give a damn. Memorial Family Medicine on San jose blvd, Dr. Luna Khadour ( usually talks down to you). I mostly saw the PA there, whom I liked a lot. I'll never recommend them to anyone again. It completely upset me.
The MOST INCOMPETENT practice I’ve EVER experienced!!!! They wait until the morning of my appointment to tell me that the doctor (Luna I. Khadour, MD) doesn’t prescribe that medication I literally made the appointment for. It’s was reason I gave when I scheduled the appointment. And then they tell me to schedule with Lisa who doesn’t have an opening until October 4. Thats more than 2 WEEKS and they called me to verify my insurance the day before to make sure they’ll get paid but couldn’t give me the courtesy of telling me that the “Doctor” I scheduled with doesn’t prescribe that medication. I’ve been going with this organization for years and it’s time to find another! You should too!!!!
