Melvin Lugo REALTOR® - STA Realty

Outstanding. He's exceptional, an intelligent person with many skills , high moral and spiritual qualities. I was fortunate to have known him. Working with Melvin Lugo makes you feel cared and safe.

Melvin was amazing throughout the whole process! We had already moved ACROSS the country before we sold. Melvin took care of everything! Checking on the house and making sure it was maintained for the time it was on the market. He made our first house sell a breeze! Communicating frequently and always strategizing so we could get the most for our house! Honest and hard worker! Wouldn’t recommend anybody else. Thanks Melvin!

Not only is Melvin incredibly knowledgeable about his work, but he also demonstrates a remarkable level of honesty in all of his interactions. I found that I could trust Melvin completely to provide accurate information and advice. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor, I would highly recommend working with Melvin.

The process of purchasing a home was so much easier because of Melvin. His communication was great, always timely, and he was knowledgeable about all the processes involved. His customer service was always on point, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in Florida.
