Melissa Roby, Compass Realtor

Melissa is fabulous. We were torn between Beaufort and Jacksonville. Melissa was so welcoming and accommodating. She won us over to the Jacksonville area. She diligently introduced us to the wide variety of choices and was able to zero us in on the one that checked all the boxes for us. We just closed on our new home and are happy to call Jacksonville our new hometown and we gained a new friend in Melissa. Overall we won!

Melissa Roby is an amazing person and realtor. She’s honest and up front and positive. She’s full of knowledge. I would trust her to find my next home in a heartbeat. She’s a hardworker and so good at her job. Thank you Melissa for being so much more than just a realtor. I’m so glad you do the job that you do though because you truly shine!!!

Melissa did an excellent job holding my hand through the entire process of closing my new home. She knew the market and guided me to the homes that met my individual needs. She was always accessible to answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and professional and I recommend her to anyone seeking the purchase of a new home. Thank you Melissa!

Melissa is an absolute angel to work with! From the moment we started our home search, she was incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to help. Her responsiveness is unmatched—no matter the time or day, she was always quick to answer our questions and provide guidance. Melissa made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and her warm, caring nature made us feel truly supported every step of the way. I can't recommend her enough—if you're looking for a realtor who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond, Melissa is the one!
