Unfortunately we had a bad experience but I believe it was an accident and they were able to fit us in quickly. Unfortunately we were not told the doctor was not in this particular office on the day we were scheduled. The office forgot to call and cancel us (my wife and I). They were extremely apologetic and rescheduled us days later. Once we got our appointment everything was very smooth. All their paperwork was on tablet which was quick and efficient. I didn't wait very long in the waiting room or the doctors room even though I am sure they sandwiched us in together with those that already had appointments. The doctor was very good about explaining everything and i was very pleased.

Dr. Greenfield's bedside manner is absolutely abysmal. She seemed uninterested, irritated by questions and was really cold. I felt nervous and unable to explore the questions I had. The skin cancer check was SO FAST there was no way she was going to catch anything. She is at the A1A office and I do not recommend. The office on Philips Hwy is better. The physician assistants there are so much kinder and willing to talk to you.

First off, Dr. Greenfield was excellent! She is very knowledgeable and professional and addressed all of my concerns. I would love to see her again, however, her staff has provided an awful experience for me. My rating is low because her staff is apart of her office and they caused 2 months of turmoil for me. They initially overcharged me for my visit and refused to acknowledge it or call me back. After 1 month of tirelessly calling, getting the run around, and threatening to have my insurance company take legal action, they finally called me back and admitted they were wrong and overcharged.... It then took 1 month to cut a check and refund me. Advice to others, know what your insurance will pay before you go in here to avoid a hassle like I experienced.

I have waited a full week for this provider to fix a prescription because of her lack of doing an order correctly. Meaning apply 1 time a day at night etc.. she did "apply to face" . My pharmacy, myself reached out to her to fix. To the point I had to call customer service for a response. Unacceptable. Her answer a week later use GOOD Rx. Has nothing to do with that. READ. You failed to order correctly , so pharmacy can't dispense regardless of self pay, using insurance or good RX. Order is incomplete. So if you want a provider like this..up to you. I would not recommend, especially from this being my first encounter with her.
