I highly recommend this Melanie to anyone looking to finance a home! He is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and truly cares about helping her clients find the best financing options for their needs. She makes the lending process smooth and stress-free, takes the time to answer questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients feel confident every step of the way. You couldn’t ask for a better lender to have in your corner! The best part, she’s a dear friend of mine, one of the first three people I met when I moved Florida and she’s always been so kind to me, thank you.
Highly recommend. Melanie and her team made a complicated and overwhelming process seem managable and ensured my wife and I got the house of our dreams at the absolute best possible price. They took advantage of an opportunity only days before our closing to get us an even lower interest rate than the great one they had already secured. Couldn’t ask for more. We got a great interest rate, no lender fee on our VA loan, we closed on time, and they returned all our calls….and we made many calls! Outstanding professional team from start to finish.
Very patient and answered all my questions with no pressure or rush.
