I don't know how I linked up w/ Megan at EXIT Realty, but it was a GREAT match! Megan Aycock is an astute, knowledgeable, keen and caring realtor who spent an inordinate amount of time and road-travel to assist me in finding an acceptably affordable and quality home, from arranging showing(s), working long distance with a Missouri-based VA Mortgage Lender, coordinating target home inspections, WDO inspection, appraisals, remaining linked with the title company and also the original listing agent with a competitive realty firm. For a while, I assumed she was working ONLY with me to find and procure for me new home! I really do not know the number of hours she worked on my behalf in addition to other home-buying clients, but it had to have been 12-14 hours daily. Her knowledge of realty/house acquisition is beyond superior. Decidedly, Megan has a glowing and most successful future in real estate sales and development, and I am so pleased I had the fortune to have such a tireless, kind, caring, and brilliant realtor of which Megan is. In the Greek, she is applauded with the honored word of "Axia!!"
