I had a very pleasant experience as a new patient to this practice. Dr Archarya was very thorough with his questions to me and he answered the questions I had as well as gave me clarity on a few things I asked him about concerning my health. I was seen with almost no wait time. As the practice grows this may change however as long as the LOS (level of service) does not, this is my new primary care home!

The staff at Medstar clinic are wonderful. Zero wait time for my appointment (has never happened before) I was amazed. My doctor was thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I never felt rushed. Medstar is a great clinic, fast and efficient. I highly recommend them.

This is the best primary care provider in Jacksonville!! I was able to schedule a same day appointment, and the doctor really took time to listen to my concerns. No long wait time and very thorough during my annual physical. The best part is they also accept patients with no insurance. So my parents could be seen for 119$ which is better than running to any urgent care where the bills come as a surprise. Highly recommend if you are looking for a family doctor in the Baymeadows Southside area.
