Do NOT go here for your USCIS civil surgeon exam. This place felt like a complete scam from start to finish. I called ahead to ask whether I needed any tests or vaccinations beforehand and was told not to worry—everything would be handled during the exam. When I arrived, I was required to pay $350 in cash upfront (I was made aware of this part beforehand). Then they asked for my insurance information. I hesitated (based on other reviews), but they reassured me it would only be used for any outside labs or vaccinations. During the exam, I was told I had to go elsewhere for required tests—and then pay an additional $200 just to return and have the paperwork completed (I was not informed of this, despite the fact that I asked about the process and costs on the phone). I was already frustrated atp. It got worse. After getting the bloodwork done, I discovered they had attempted to bill my insurance for another $200. I had to step in and get the claim denied. When I contacted their office, they brushed it off as a “mistake” and claimed they couldn’t find the charge?!?!?! Submitting an insurance claim is not something that just happens accidentally??? At that point, I canceled my follow-up appointment—and they still tried to charge me a cancellation fee. I actually laughed. I ended up going to a different civil surgeon, who told me that several of the tests I had been sent to do were unnecessary. My total lab bill came out to around $3,000 because of this. On top of everything else, there were cameras in the patient rooms (which felt very uncomfortable), the wait time was excessive, and the overall atmosphere in the office was negative and unprofessional. Save yourself the time and money - go somewhere else.

My husband and I have been coming here for quite sometime and what i like the most is they're thorough and still care about you as a person, I worked in the med field years ago and it's nice to always see the friendly faces here. You just don't see that anymore. I'm thankful for Dr Lueng and his staff 🙏

Dr. Pat is very compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. He got me prescribed with a better medication regimen than the hospital did a week prior to me seeing him. His recommendation for medication assisted with me feeling better within 24 hours, the hospital meds didnt even touch that level efficiency.

I had a great experience at my appointment. The doctor was kind, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt listened to and well cared for throughout the visit. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and compassion!
