Medical Imaging - Baptist Outpatient Center Campus

Nice, clean facility. Not intuitive to find general check-in desk, but it's to your left down the hall. CT waiting area has coffee available, which is nice. Except I drink tea. I know they cannot be prepared for all tastes, so I didn't take it personally. Besides, I was not allowed caffeine until after the test. The girl (is that still okay to stay?) woman? (too young!) female? (too generic) who did my test was awesome. I wish I could recall her name, she deserves a raise. I don't know how much she makes, but she should make more. I am not cool with the fact that my results have the ordering physician and reading physician on them, but not who actually DID the test. Not cool. So if you did a CT heart calcium scoring test early Monday, 11/10/2025, at this facility, you are an asset to Baptist. I wish more health care employees had a sense of humor and were as engaging as you are. Keep up the great work!

Facility is clean, comfortable and staff and team professional and companionate during a difficult time.

Everything went well everyone was very courteous and professional. Appointment was on time as scheduled very easy to get to.

Have used this facility many times. Excellent services. On time ,caring, listen to your concerns.
