MD Now Urgent Care - Collins Rd

Amazing place! Staff is friendly and prompt with services, and the lobby has a home / down to Earth vibe. Highly recommended!

Refused basic minor wound care—forced unnecessary ER visit. I came in on July 4th for minor superficial scratches on my arm and leg after an encounter with a dog. Instead of evaluating me, the staff refused to see me and redirected me to the emergency room. When I arrived at the ER, the attending physician was genuinely surprised that urgent care had turned me away for what was simply minor wound cleaning and a routine tetanus update. Refusing to assess a basic issue forced me into thousands of dollars in hospital facility fees for simple preventative care. Extremely disappointing experience.

This has definitely become one of my go to spots for me and my family when we are sick Kindness from the initial phone call, efficiency, promptness, and detailed. The sweet PA that treated me said no strep, but still prescribed me the things I needed in the event I wasn’t better in a week instead of having me come back to the clinic, love this place, hope you guys keep it up.

Customer service from the staff was awesome. I was treated with respect and everyone had a good attitude. I love the doctor educated me and was very patient and pleasant.
