Genuinely the best and kindest experience I've ever had at any kind of urgent care, and honestly a better experience than I've had with most primary care doctors as well. Doctor and nurse were absolutely wonderful. I generally don't leave many reviews but everyone here was so absolutely wonderful and helpful.

I cannot stress enough how exceptional the care I received at this Urgent Care. Every staff member I encountered was kind, compassionate, and professional, but I would especially like to recognize Sule Sizemore, PA-C for going above and beyond in a way I will not forget. I had recently been experiencing a debilitating migraine that seemed to have improved when I woke up that morning. However, after going to class, the migraine and associated symptoms began to return. On top of that, I have been navigating a significant amount of personal stress, and Sule took the time to sit down with me, genuinely listen, and connect with me as a person, not just as a patient. Her care extended far beyond addressing my immediate symptoms. She offered thoughtful advice and practical stress-management strategies tailored to what I was experiencing. She even shared affirmations she felt might be helpful and provided journal prompts to help me work through some of my specific stressors. Her compassion, empathy, and genuine concern for my overall well-being were incredibly meaningful. At a time when I was feeling overwhelmed and hopeless, Sule made me feel heard, supported, and cared for. That level of attention and human connection is something you do not always encounter in healthcare, especially in a busy urgent care setting. I am incredibly grateful to Sule and the entire team for the phenomenal care I received. This experience left a lasting impression on me, and I would not hesitate to return to this Urgent Care in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, holistic, and patient-centered care.

My visit started out with a call to Brittany who was so kind and helped answer my questions before I arrived making sure I had everything I needed! She even remembered me when I got to my visit several days later which is just amazing. Emily was so welcoming and helped me with my paperwork and ensured I had all the documentation I needed for both physician teams. Carson was so lovely and caring during my assessment and topped it off with Amy, the NP who did my final exam. Such a wonderful experience for a first time patient here! Will absolutely recommend to others and will be my first choice for urgent care needs. Thanks, ladies!

Quick and easy service professional team was in and out in less than an hour. they tested me for flu/Covid and strep and had results in 10 mins. prescribed antibiotics right away. Very pleased they respect people’s time and their own.
