Mr. Williams, the owner, was fantastic. We purchased a new mower at a great price, and it came with a warranty. He was very friendly and honest, taking the time to explain the mower and the paperwork. I highly recommend him.
My wife Judy already left a 5 ⭐ rating and I am doing the same as well. Steve and his staff were very thorough explaining every detail of the equipment we purchased. We purchased a brand new 60 inch MZ Magnum Zero turn. Before anyone goes on market place to buy the same mower, consider this. Why are they selling it in the first place, there is no warranty, the mowers are 1-2 years old and the price they are asking is hundreds of dollars more than we paid MCM Outdoor with tax and with a warranty for a brand new 2026.
Excellent customer service and very good price for parts. The repair job is great too, my mower runs smooth like butter. Have almost everything in stock and had to wait for a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend for any repair jobs/new parts that are needed.
Steve was so helpful. He knows Bad Bays mowers . He explained everything and was honest about everything. He also told us that he is there for maintenance & repairs when needed. If you are looking for a Bad Boy, go see Steve at MCM outdoor power equipment.
100 % would recommend MCM if your in the market for a mower. They sell a great product, they’re very knowledgeable, and they have literally any bad boy mower part or accessory you need. Go see Mr. Steve for all your bad boy mower needs. Side note they also have a badass gun store in the same building. Very unique cool store
