McIver Clinic Fleming Island Office

The dr in Fleming island was great. However I cannot get through to them on the phone. I dont get a call back and ive been waiting an hour on hold for the next available representative. They charge a fee for not rescheduling before 48 hrs of your appt but how am I supposed to reschedule when I cant get through to anyone? And how is my disabled mother supposed to pay this fee when they also insist on testing through a specific place that charges 180 dollars and they dont want to schedule with a imaging place that my mom can go to without paying a huge fee - apparently they dont like the other place but a person on social security in this economy just needs to go where affordable. Edit: i hung up and called back and suddenly got a message they were closed for lunch. It wasn't even noon. They were just gonna leave me on hold? Somehow I finally got through to an answering service who could not help me at all with the issue and said to try calling back after 1 15 pm. This is the worst experience getting hold of a drs office I have ever had.

It was initially difficult to schedule an appointment, but I eventually was able to get one. The staff I interacted with were pleasant, and Dr. Moore himself was great during the visit. However, after the exam, I was left waiting in the room for quite some time. The doctor mentioned that someone would be right in, but no one came. When I asked the medical assistant, she said she thought we had already left. I was told I would be contacted to schedule further testing and a procedure, but no one ever called. After waiting about a month, I followed up and was informed that my information had been sent to the wrong person. At this point, due to the lack of follow-up and coordination, I’ve decided to schedule care with a different doctor at another facility.

Cannot reach anyone to change my appointment. I leave my number for a callback after holding indefinitely and no one calls back. No option to change appointment on clinic portal.

They NEVER answer their phones! Have cancelled appointments and never told us and we’d arrive and they’d say oh we canceled and rescheduled but didnt tell us.
