Cameron S. in the Service Department was just a pleasure to work with. He was professional, efficient, helpful and respectful. I was made to feel like a valued customer rather than just a number. Cameron explained what needed to be done on my vehicle now and in the near future in a way that was easy to comprehend. Mazda at the Avenues is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!!! I love my Mazda! I test drove multiple models and had Luisa help me. She was so patient and constantly trying to find the car I wanted whether it was the model or color of the exterior and interior. I ended up finding my car in the color, model, and features all because of her ambition. Highly recommend getting Luisa as your person to help find your dream car. I LOVE it!!

We had a bad experience before Christmas. Carl reached out to us to make sure we knew they were working on making things better. We had traded in the 2020 and got a 2024. My husband wanted the rims powder coated and they did a very nice job. I added the before and after photos. We are happy with the professional way Carl took care of us, listened to our concerns and we look forward to getting our new Mazda serviced there.

Had the best experience with Jeffery from Hodges. After the debacle with another dealership, hodges made sure they were able to assist and get us in vehicle the same day. I absolutely love my 2025 Mazda 3 !! Great service, Great atmosphere & Great Experience
