As an avid Mazda customer, having purchased approximately five Mazdas over the years, including one for my daughter that I purchased in cash, I can confidently say that Mazda has earned my loyalty! What continues to solidify my “WHY” is the exceptional, personalized customer service I receive at Mazda at the Avenues. A very special thank-you to the lovely Clarissa Joyce, Service Advisor, who truly understands what it means to go above and beyond! Before I even arrived for my scheduled maintenance, she had reviewed my file, anticipated my needs, and was prepared to welcome me. She knew how important it was for me to leave with a freshly cleaned vehicle, and she made sure it happened. My car was clean, ready, and waiting for me to drive away! In a world where consistent, excellent customer service is becoming increasingly rare, this level of care speaks volumes! I also want to recognize Andrew Caruso, General Leader, whose leadership adds another layer of confidence in my continued relationship with Mazda at the Avenues. The main thing I liked about my experience with Mazda at the Avenues dealership was that I was able to agree on all the numbers before ever visiting the dealership. That made the buying process much more convenient and stress-free. On the downside, I did not enjoy the amount of time I had to spend with the finance manager. He was very nice and used a soft sales approach, but he was persistent and did not easily take "no" for an answer, which extended my time at the dealership. I ultimately purchased an additional product that did not increase the overall price of the car by much, but only time will tell whether it was worth it. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was professional, the process was straightforward, and I am happy with my purchase.
I had a wonderful experience with Skyler, he’s a genuinely caring and personable guy! Though it would seem they don’t know Kia’s like they do Mazda’s, Skyler took the time to learn this car! I appreciate I was out of there in only 3 hours, as my previous car shopping has always been 5+!!! Thank you Skyler and Matt!!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Mazda at the Avenues! I can honestly say this was one of the BEST car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to Tiffani and Iley! From the moment I started working with Tiffani, she was nothing short of amazing! She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect vehicle. She took her time, listened to what I wanted, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her customer service was exceptional! I also want to recognize Iley, in the finance department, who was just as fantastic! He was professional, personable, and made the financing portion of the process a pleasant experience. His customer service was truly appreciated! What stood out to me most was how both of them made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. To the management team, Tiffani and Iley are two incredible assets to your dealership, and I hope their hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! I seriously cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Mazda at the Avenues, especially William and Elmin Sacic! From the minute we met Will, we knew this experience was going to be different. There was absolutely no pressure, no hassle, and none of that typical car dealership feeling. He was genuine, down to earth, and made us feel like we were catching up with an old friend rather than shopping for a vehicle! Will went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get into the vehicle we absolutely fell in love with, our Mazda CX-70! His knowledge of not only Mazda but the automotive industry as a whole was incredibly impressive. He was patient, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions, no matter how many we had (and trust me, we had plenty! 😂). He truly worked hard for us, and we never once felt like we were just another sale. When it came time to make everything official, Elmin Sacic stepped right in, and let me tell you, he was just as amazing! He took the time to walk us through the financial side of everything, offered helpful advice, and made sure we understood every detail before moving forward. Never rushed, never pressured, just honest, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel like we were part of the Mazda family! And can we talk about how FUN these two are?! Between the laughs, jokes, and conversations, they made what can sometimes be a stressful experience an absolute blast! We drove an hour to get to this dealership, and I would honestly make that drive again just to spend time with these two! But it doesn’t stop there! The entire staff, including the service team, was wonderful. You can tell there’s something special about the people who work here. They truly know how to make their customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, I cannot recommend Mazda at the Avenues enough!
