My lawn is luscious, thick and plush. I have a large Magnolia tree that has been struggling for years, once Maxlawn started treating it, it started to flourish! Very happy customer.
Landscaper & Lawn Care
2833 Mandarin Meadows Drive North, Jacksonville
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Maxlawn Corp. I requested a quote for weed control in my backyard. Anson came out to my property when I was not home was texted that same day he was on his way. I was already away from my home. Anson, left paperwork with an estimate for my front yard and back yard. I called Maxlawn to express that I only needed weed control in my back yard. Anson called me back. I advised Anson, I only requested a quote for services for my back yard. Anson, responded in a defensive attitude that he was giving me a good price for front yard and back yard. When I replied I only want the back yard for service he replied it would be the same price that was quoted on paperwork. Anson, didn't even try to work on another price for the back yard only. His attitude was very defensive! Unacceptable! I lost interest in any services from Maxlawn after speaking with Anson Terrible customer service!
We've been using Maxlawn for several years now and have never been disappointed, great communication by all members of the team, but ESPECIALLY April in the office. There was a time when we decided to shop around for other companies and get quotes, but the customer service experience at Maxlawn is unmatched and that's what brought us back. Prices are reasonable anyway, and talking to other company representatives made me realize how much I'd miss April and the level of care she has for every customer every time you call.
Just had a truck cut me off and almost hit my car in downtown Jacksonville cutting off an entire line of cars moving left turn only lane to the straight lane. Sure hope you don't conduct business like you drive
Everyone in the neighborhood compliments us on our lawn and we have to thank MaxLawn for helping it looks so good. A shout out to April who works in the office who handles all our calls for Service and concerns and goes above and beyond! She’s a great representative of MaxLawn. Thanks Anson!
