I originally went to this location when it was still Pulido's Auto Repair and decided to give then a chance. I have received great service from Maxi's. The primary contact Troy and the whole staff at the San Marco location is top notch. I'm really appreciative of them for checking the whole vehicle when I go there for any repair or maintenance because they have caught things that needed attention that I didn't notice. One example of this is when I went in for an oil change, earlier this year, with plans of taking a road trip when I was informed and shown that my front tires were warn down to the threads on the inner areas of the tires and my brake pads were extremely warn down in areas that were not visible saving me from a possible blow out situation or worse. Thankfully I was able to reschedule the trip and have the repairs done and tires replaced. They kept me safe. They're easy to contact via phone, text, or email. I trust them with my older model Buick Enclave.
Repeat customer here and there is a reason. Professional service and detailed process. Report on vehicle inspection is clear, informative, and not pressured. Key to vehicle repair and maintenance can be achieved in two avenues: 1. Choose it as a career, study extensively, and do your own repairs. 2. Find a company you trust and save your weekend DIY aspirations. In summary.....we will return.
I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. Absolutely professional amazing, clean and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and don’t push you for anything unnecessary. Troy is the best out there, all you have to do is call. They will get all my business and recommendations in the future. Prices are great people are great. You won’t be sorry choosing Maxi - San Marco! Didn’t I say Troy was the best? Call them and give them your business!
I made a call that morning and in less than an hour, I was there with my car. Troy took excellent care of me and my car needs. He was friendly and had a nice smile. He made sure I understood the warranty before I left. My car is in tip- top shape thanks to Maxi's.
I visited this auto repair shop for a full inspection before a long trip, and I’m really glad I chose them. The team carefully checked everything including engine performance, brakes, tires, and fluids. I liked that they didn’t rush and gave proper attention to each part. They clearly explained the condition of my vehicle in a simple and understandable way. There was no pressure for unnecessary repairs, only honest advice about minor things to watch in the future. After the inspection, I felt confident and safe about my journey. It was a very reliable and professional experience overall.
