Maxi’s was able to fix my vehicle for a fraction of the price I got from a dealership. Maxi’s was honest in their findings and pricing. The staff were all friendly, professional, patient and they worked diligently to help us get back in our vehicle in a timely manner. Excellent service, excellent price, excellent timing. Save your money. One of the most expensive shops I have ever been to with sub-par work. I resealed my oil pan here a year and a half ago for over 1200 and it’s already leaking after only putting 7k miles since the repair. They refused to honor a warranty and tried to gaslight me saying that a repair like this usually doesn’t last too long “because of the Florida sun.” They also have a $60 dollar “shop fee” and just the inspection costs $215. That means with no repairs you’re already dropping almost $300 for something most shops do as a courtesy. I have also found loose steering fluid hoses on my car after having it serviced at maxi. Given the premium price they charge that’s unacceptable. I also did some price comparison with local shops and their pricing was easily 80-100% higher for the exact repairs. Getting your car serviced here is highway robbery.

I've serviced a few cars over the years at Maxi's and they always do a great job. The staff are honest and kind, and they provide very competitive pricing.

These guys are the best in Jax. A few times I brought my car in and when there was no real issue they didn't try to make stuff up to charge me. Hard to find honest mechanics. These guys definitely are. And when they find an issue they do a great job. I don't leave many reviews but I sure will for these guys.
