Matthew DeBoer, DO

We absolutely love Dr. DeBoer, he has been my family's primary care doctor for years and I cannot say enough good things about him! However, his current office staff leaves a lot to be desired. When trying to make a follow up appointment for my husband (who is an established patient) I was given conflicting information as to why our insurance was unable to be accepted and when offered to pay out of pocket I was told that wasn't an option. Not only have I never encountered a doctors office that wouldn't accept direct payment but, the rudeness, hostility and incompetence that an established patient was subject to was unacceptable. Sadly I'm afraid we'll have to look for a new office who's office staff cares as much for their patients as the medical team.

This doctor is absolutely trash, he just about making more money for Baptist Health only, no concerns or care for patient. 3 labs tests all wrong and they billed me in ER for these wrong results from their end. Claiming I had a blood related issue I never had.

Dr. Deboer sent a register letter telling me he would no longer be my doctor. I complained about 109 dollar copays and no money to schedule another visit. He threw me under the bus. Had 2 emc heart procedures. For 4 weeks requested medical records. Still no records. Do not recommend this a___ as s doctor.

Excellent Doctor but totally illiterate front desk staff. “Have you had a Covid test” “Yes, I don’t have Covid” was it Positive or negative ?” Answered the same question three times, she removes her face mask (assuming I can’t hear) as I am taking a seat her and her colleague comment on my disdain. So unprofessional bring back the CR 210 staff !!!!
