I found Matt and Naomi via Zillow. I was looking for someone local, small family owned business with great deal of expertise in the area and not too spread over dealing with gazillion customers at once. My experience with this team was way above my expectations. Matt really takes time to learn your needs, address concerns, answer questions and do additional research when needed. Never at any point I felt rushed or any kind of pressure. We spoke on the phone, he explained the current state of the market and what to expect. Next weekend we flew over to Nocatee, met in person and spent two days showing properties. After finding one we liked, Matt was great at negotiating the price we felt fair. He communicated with the listing agent, made a solid case and in less than one day we had our offer accepted. Closing was very well guided and extremely organized. We felt like we were in good hands. Matt recommended his inspector, who was awesome discovering items that required repair. Turns out builder overlooked some insulation in the attic. As a result A/C was constantly running in overdrive. Matt worked with the builder to have this fully resolved. Job completion was done after the closing, yet Matt was on it all the time, following up and pushing the builder to get this done. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. This team is a rare gem that you do not come across often. Will definitely recommend it.
