Our dogs are definitely a handful, especially our boy Jones and our girl Blue, our first dog. Jones is still a baby and super sweet, but with a very big personality! Everyone has always been so kind and handles them with such care, and it’s such a relief whenever we have to travel knowing they’re in the best hands and have access to any medical care they might need. Since we got Blue a few years ago, everyone has been amazing. We truly appreciate the patience, kindness, and flexibility you’ve always shown with our dogs. It means so much to know they’re well cared for when we can’t be with them, and we’re so grateful for everything you do.
The New owner is absolutely the BEST. DR. V I wouldn't dare misspell his name. Great visit very caring and understanding. Listen' s to All of your concerns not just some. And at the end of your appointment your not gonna have to get a second Job $$$ LOL. Give them a try. Tell them the Rey Family sent you. Mntanzas for the WIN
The staff was very nice but the doctor was super rude to me. He seemed to be in a rush and didn’t wanna answer questions I had concerning my Dog . My dog also had a rash after they took him away which could’ve been from stress but then he wanted To act like it was there before. As someone who is very concerned about their pet the doctor should definitely be able to take time and be respectful you shouldn’t feel like a burden by asking questions. I definitely wouldn’t take my pet here again
I just moved to St. Augustine and needed to find a vet for my dog. So lucky to have found Matanzas River when my dog had an ear infection. Extremely easy to set an appointment, the staff and veterinarians are incredibly kind to the animals, and everyone is knowledgeable. It appears I’ve found our new vet for the years to come.
They always do an amazing job. Highly recommend!
